## Call to Order
The regular membership meeting of IAFF Local 0000 was called to order at 1904 hours on August 6, 2026 at the union hall by President Haddad. A quorum was present.

**Officers Present:** President Haddad, Vice President Cole, Secretary Rivera, Treasurer Nguyen, Trustee Brooks.
## Approval of Previous Minutes
* **Motion:** To approve the minutes of the July 9, 2026 meeting as printed. Moved by Ortiz, seconded by Vega. Motion carried.
## Officer and Committee Reports
President Haddad reported.
Vice President Cole reported for the grievance committee.
Treasurer Nguyen reported the station-fund balance.
Trustee Brooks reported for the picnic committee.

## New Business
* **Motion:** To hold the family picnic on September 12, 2026 at Amelia Earhart Park, shelter 7, with the local covering food and water. Moved by Brooks, seconded by Santos. Motion carried.
* **Motion:** To donate $500 to the local burn foundation. Moved by Ortiz, seconded by Vega. Motion carried.
* **Motion:** To authorize four seats at the October 6 Fire Ops seminar, with names drawn at the September meeting if more than four members sign up. Moved by Cole, seconded by Nguyen. Motion carried.
