* **IAFF Local Report:** It was reported that no union update was available due to representatives being absent.
* **EMS Division Update:** Assistant Chief Matthew Hickman presented the quarterly EMS report, titled "Anatomy of a Needle Stick." The presentation focused on educational topics. Assistant Chief Hickman noted that department policies and a policy roadmap would be discussed later in the meeting.

* **Public and Employee Comments:** The Chair noted that email correspondence had been received from the public, with no requests for in-person comments.
